松动爆破在硬煤综采工作面过断层技术中的应用

Application of Loose Blasting Technology for Hard Coal Fully Mechanized Mining Face Passing through Fault

摘要: 为解决青东煤矿824里硬煤综采工作面快速穿过断层的技术难题,结合工作面地质和生产条件,采用了松动爆破技术,得到了松动爆破参数和工艺流程。研究结果表明,松动爆破效果较为理想,煤岩体进行了充分的预裂和松动,且几乎没有产生碎石飞掷现象|松动爆破使得采煤机顺利且快速地通过了综采工作面,而无需重新开挖切眼继续开挖煤层,提高了生产效率,减少了预留煤柱的损失。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of 824 inside working face in the Qingdong coal mine, the loose blasting technology was applied, and the ideal result was achieved. According to the geological and production conditions of working face, the parameters of loose blasting and technological process were obtained. The results showed that the loose effect produced by loose blasting was excellent, while the coal and rock mass were fully pre cracked and loose. The loose blasting was conducive to the coal mining machine passing through the fully mechanized mining face smoothly and quickly, without excavation and cutting again to continue to continue mining. The successful application of this loose blasting technique provides a useful technical experience for the engineering application of the similar hard coal fully mechanized mining face passing through fault.
